TOP KART DOMINATE KF1 & KF3 IN CIK STARS OF KARTING
TOPKART DOMINATE KF1 & KF3 IN CIK Stars of Karting
The second round of the CIK Stars of Karting Series was held at Newcastle City Race Way at Cameron Park held over the 20th 21st and 22nd of April. Top Kart drivers were at the forefront of the fields dominating the KF1 and KF3 classes.
Cameron Hill was a stand out in the hotly contested field of KF3 drivers. After competing in the series for his second year, Hill has shown he has what it takes to compete for the championship. Hill took out both 25 lap finals cruising to victory in Final 2 by a comfortable 4.8 seconds. Hill commented after the race “It’s unbelievable; it feels great to finally get this monkey off my back and finally win a round.”

Transport to the Nationals
The Kart 1 Transporter will be heading to the State and National Titles held at Darwin Karting Assoc. The States will be held over 29th/30th/1st of June and Nationals will be held over the 6th/7th and 8th of July.
Logistics to this event are difficult due to the location being in Darwin, and as such we will be taking the Kart 1 Transporter to this event.
Kart gear and equipment will need to be dropped off to Kart 1 Racing at Eastern Creek no later than Wednesday the 20th of June 2012.
Bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis. To book a spot please phone Kart 1 Racing or email Fergus Symes at fsymes@kart1.com.au. Get in early to secure your spot.
